Artist Announcement: Big Kenny

Hi Everyone! We've got an exciting new artist announcement to share with you today that's...well...Big. Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, Big Kenny, who has found success as both a solo artist and as one half of the country duo, Big & Rich, has partnered with RockBandRelief.org to deliver two tracks from his recently released solo album, The Quiet Times of a Rock and Roll Farm Boy to Rock Band gamers all over the world.

As with all of the songs listed on RockBandRelief.org, once the songs are released to the Rock Band Network store, a portion of the proceeds from all downloads are donated to the American Red Cross to benefit victims of the recent flooding disaster in Nashville, Tennessee.

John Griffin, Executive Director of the Rock Band Relief project, said of the collaboration, "Big Kenny is a natural uplifter of people and has the ability to inspire hope in those around him. He is extremely well-respected in the music community, especially in Nashville where people are really in need of some hope right now. We're so proud to be partnering with him and we hope this project will serve as a natural extension of his mission to make the world a better place through music."

The songs Big Kenny is contributing to the RBR campaign are:

One More Time
Happy People
